Board Elections 2022- Minutes exert taken from Feb 7, 2022 Board Meeting
ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM
Attending: John Alger, Kay Zimmerman, Jackie Simmons, Janet Jensen. George Swetzer, absent. Guest: Donna Boots
Kay motioned to begin the open session at 7:00 and Jackie 2nd.
John opened the meeting and asked for approval of the Dec. meeting notes. Kay motioned to approve and Jackie 2nd.
Janet reported on the status of terms for each Board Member. John Alger’s term had expired. Kay motioned to extend his term and vote to elect him as chair. The vote was taken and all were in favor.
Janet will update the counties. An additional vote was motioned by Kay and 2nd by Jackie with the unanimous approval of the quorum to elect Donna Boots as our newest member for representation of the Tehama County side of the cemetery district. Donna accepted.
